闽粤联网工程是国家“十四五”重点能源项目,是国家电网与南方电网的又一条互联通道,实现了闽粤两省电网异步互联,促进电力互补互济、调剂余缺,对促进能源资源更大范围优化配置、构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统具有重要意义。工程在福建省内新建1座直流背靠背换流站,本期2个单元,每个单元均采用两组12脉动换流器,包括整流器和逆变器各一组,具有双向的功率输送能力。
我公司为闽粤联网工程广东侧提供500kV交流并联电容器装置共3相,装置型号:TBB362.25-71416-1QW。工程处于沿海地区,我公司对设备材质和金属镀层做专题研究,保证设备在大气重腐蚀环境C4等级的防腐性能,同时,通过创新结构设计、优化生产工艺,大大降低单元电容器噪声,本装置对类似工程具有示范意义。
As a national key energy project of the “Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”, the Fujian Guangdong Connection Project is another interconnection channel between the State Grid and the Southern Power Grid. It has realized the asynchronous interconnection of the power grids of Fujian and Guangdong provinces, promoted complementary and mutual aid of power and adjusted the surplus and shortage. And it is of great significance to promote the optimal allocation of energy resources in a wider range and build a new power system taking new energy as the main body. The project builds a new DC back-to-back converter station in Fujian Province. There are two units in this period. Each unit uses two groups of twelve pulse converters, including one rectifier and one inverter, with two-way power transmission capacity.
Our company provides a total of 3 phases of 500kV AC parallel capacitor devices for the Guangdong side of the Fujian Guangdong Connection Project. The model of devices is TBB362.25-71416-1QW. As a result of the project is located in the coastal area, our company makes a special research on the equipment materials and metal coatings to ensure the anticorrosion performance of the equipment in the heavy atmospheric corrosion environment—C4 level. At the same time, we greatly reduce the noise of the unit capacitor by innovating the structural design and optimizing the production process. As a result, the devices are of exemplary significance for similar projects.
